Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality of Tinyley products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every Tinyley order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@tinyley.com and include clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Tinyley is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For delivery issues such as delays, lost, or stolen packages, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. Tinyley is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
